What it does around the eyes
The thin skin thickens and the crepey texture tightens as the collagen rebuilds over about six months, so the crow's feet and the fine lines below the eye soften. It does not lift a hooded lid, remove a bag of fat or treat dark circles; those are surgical or other questions, and the clinician says which at the free consultation.
The evidence

Redness and swelling for one to three days, more visible around the eyes in our experience, sunscreen daily.
