What it does on the neck

The session and who it suits

Numbing cream for 30 to 45 minutes, the tip stamped across the neck zone by zone, 20 to 30 minutes in our practice, and in our experience the neck feels it more than the face. Redness and swelling for one to three days, light crusting for up to five days in our experience, sunscreen daily. Adults with crepey texture or early laxity of the neck, on most skin types after assessment, with darker skin treated at lower energy after a patch test in our practice. The usual exclusions apply: pregnancy and breastfeeding, an active infection, keloid scarring, recent isotretinoin, a bleeding disorder or blood thinners, an implanted device or metal near the area, a thyroid problem under investigation.
