The session and who it suits

Numbing cream for 30 to 45 minutes, the tip stamped across each armpit at the depth of the glands, 20 to 30 minutes in our practice; redness and swelling for one to three days, no deodorant on the first day. Adults with underarm sweating beyond the normal who have ruled out a medical cause, on most skin types after assessment. The usual exclusions apply: pregnancy and breastfeeding, an active infection, keloid scarring, recent isotretinoin, a bleeding disorder or blood thinners, an implanted device or metal near the area.
